REFUND POLICY

At Fante’s Coffee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our online store, so we have implemented a 30-day return and refund policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made from the site for any reason, please contact us at: info@fantescoffee.com.  Returned products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fantescoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your request. Once the exchange request is received, we will supply instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
